barely talks Rhodes out of killing Scotch! Overall 'recovery from
battle'
issue in which we see Rhodes' leadership, get Parnell's
back-story - general (and excellent!) character development. Parnell
opening up to Nathan
is very, very believable. Fury
makes an amazing display - 'Skeletor' MODOK
is alive! A development issue, sure - but no less a great one!

Well-done "aftermath" issue. Neat character development throughout -- I
especially liked the chat between Rhodey and Sheva
after Jim's visit to the bed-ridden Sakai.
Rhodey's anger at Scotch
was more "constrained" than I would have liked, and the Parnell-Nathan
rap came off as a tad "forced." Still, I heartily give it.... 4
