This nutty guy busts onto
Stark Enterprises property and his nutty outfit is
broadcasting on every wavelength of the EM spectrum! This capability enabled
him to shut off IM's armor's systems. While IM was battling Freak Q., in the
USSR the Crimson Dynamo
was taking on the Devastator.
Devastator can absorb extra power via satellite transmissions. A "freak"
accident during these simultaneous skirmishes resulted in
Tony Stark and Valentin
Shatalov (the Dynamo) switching minds! Whoa.
Freak Q.'s origin is unknown and the full
extent of his powers are unknown.
