Design Notes:

Armor Compostion: Advanced composite ceramics, kevlar-like polymer weave backed by optical fiber networks -- likely fronted by poly/carbon head hologram generators, turned to the IR bandwidth of Black Panther's "Night Vision." Experimental bio-neural gel-pack circuitry, adaptive logic combat guidance processors, active noise reduction engine. Maximum 3-shot repulsor charge. Immune to Anti-Metal (Antarctic Vibranium) claws and Vibranium.

Add ons:  Mark 4 boot jets for silent running, Uni-beam with ultra-violet light beam. Reactive plasma discharge that react to vibranium touching the armor or other similar metals. CO2 tanks for silent breathing with venting systems. EM pulse generator, powered by normal EM radiation. Voice scrambler and plasma discharge punches.

Weakness: Negator pack and cryptograph units that bypass the armor and shut down Tony's artificial heart.

Current Status: Under lock and key in the Armory Vault at Stark Enterprises Headquarters in New York City.
