Bob & Dave Return to Iron Man in "Legacy of Doom" There's big news for long-time Iron Man fans who believe the glory days for the character were back when Bob Layton and David Micheline were writing/drawing the stories. One of the more popular stories Bob and Dave came up with was sending Iron Man and Dr. Doom back to the era of King Arthur and Camelot. They did this first in Iron Man (vol.1) #149 & #150 and then again 100 issues later in #249 & #250 . A while after the second story had been published they mentioned that it would be great if they could finish it up as a trilogy. They're finally getting their chance in the upcoming Iron Man story: Legacy of Doom.
