Out of the death of "Onslaught" Iron
Man is born again! And how!! Perhaps the best
thing about volume 2 is that Tony Stark is an adult again!! However, he is a
ruthless corporate raider who is despised by nearly everybody! The armor is
known as the "Prometheum Armor"
and is first worn by an unknown Rebel O'Reilly. It blows up in the
issue's first pages, apparently killing Rebel. Later on in the ish however, Tony
is forced to don a slightly different, though still experimental, version of the
suit after his heart is "shredded" by an attack from the Hulk!!A
new twist on Stark and Portacio's great grasp of anatomy and action (though he
needs work on females and faces in general) make this re-intro a blast! Includes
one of the best-ever IM
covers, too!
