is revealed to be non-other than Gregor Shapanka (a.k.a. Jack
Frost from Tales of Suspense #45).
Somehow he was able to construct a micro-circuited body suit...while in prison!
The melodrama is once again, over the top (even IM
mentions his own melodramatic standard on page 30!). But there're some
touching scenes between IM
and Pepper and Pepper and Happy. And of course, IM
gets to kick some Frozen Butt in the climactic battle scene, amidst much heroic
banter!
