after-effects of the near-death of Tony Stark! Stark is hospitalized after his
shooting while the world waits! In the meantime, incompetent attorney Bert
Hindel (fired by Tony because of his lousy handling of the "Armor
Wars" legal affairs) becomes Kathy Dare's counsel! The ish ends
with the announcement that Tony Stark will never walk again!
