"Stark Wars" chapter 6! The U.S. government contracts Edwin
Cord (the man behind the Raiders,
remember?) to utilize his new Firepower
armor to neutralize the rogue Avenger, Iron Man!
IM flies up to
his space station (still infected with that A.I.M.
anaerobic bacteria) to try to detect the last armored outfit still using Stark
technology; he succeeds, and it is none other than Firepower
himself! The two armored titans meet in the desert, and Firepower
is all over Shellhead!
Tony is getting the tar kicked out of him, and the last we see of the Silver
Centurion armor is it flying away from Stark's
helicopter -- and then is nuked by Firepower's
"Terminax" missile!!
