Ah, the eternal optimist.

I have no choice.  I found out a few years ago what being an eternal pessimist was doing to my health.  A change of attitude has honestly probably saved my life.

When I'm down, like down over a period of time, i tend to read a lot of Iron Man.  It's good to get lost in Iron Man kicking arse!  Then, I feel better and start to move back up.
