so I decided to pick this up while perusing my LCS. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Basic premise: Stark and Rogers are at an arms expo with Steve looking to hunt down someone who throws up a big red flag. Since he's not used to the whole arms dealer bit, he brings Stark along to help him out. While there, Steve goes undercover while Stark is just being Stark. Stark shows off a piece of tech that is a hornet's nest that holds thousands of tiny robot hornets capable of quite a bit. But he  makes sure to rub it in the faces of the buyers/dealers that its not to be used as a weapon.

The characterize of Stark was done very well: smart, confident, suave, witty and intelligent. It's something that has been lacking (putting it nicely) in the main title. I didn't come away being annoyed by anything, which nowadays is sadly a pretty big victory when anyone writes Stark.

Rogers was camouflaged using Stark's tech and seemed visibly uncomfortable with it despite Stark constantly reassuring him. But the contrasting personalities were played well off each other and it definitely seemed like the Cap/IM contrast of old.

I wouldn't say the issue was great by any means, but it was entertaining enough I'll be getting #634 when it comes out. Art was pretty good but really, it was jsut refreshing to see a correct portrayal of Stark for once.

I liked it as well.  They wrote Stark well; "These are my people".  Wait 'till you get #634.  It's a winner.

Good to hear. He was definitely boastful and unapologetic to his old ways (yes, there is an "un" in front of the "apologetic")

Also, forgot to mention, the one thing I didn't like was the suit melting off him yet again; I think it's become the new EMP. Although granted, there is at least a decent reason I can live with.

Just finished reading the #633 and #634 (I'm months behind on most of my books)

I liked the series.. Chaos I agree, it's not a great comic, but they're fun reads for sure.

Its a good ol' fashion trilogy of books in my opinion. A classic Tag team vs some new and old AIM baddies.
Once again I say, any mini series with IM is tons better then his current main series. -sadly-

They didn't have 635 but I got around to reading 634. This has been a pretty amusing series so far and the banter between Stark and Rogers is perfect, nothing like the out-of-character BS we got during Civil War. I do love how Rogers asked how Stark built the scrap armor and Stark replies how he built the first one in a cave and Rogers had just left him at a weapons emporium...
