Not sure of the newer armor which looks like its based on the most very recent one in the comic series (eye roll).
Lets see a movie version of the modular armor instead!!!

Yeah, that concept art looks like the heavy on the gold IM 3 banner released a month or so ago, which appears based on the current armor. Auto-fail.

Normally, I'd be a little disheartened by this latest news, but Marvel has yet to produce a bad film, RDJ is a great Tony Stark, and Shane Black is one of the best writers in Hollywood. I have faith.

I'm not worried about the story, just the armor. They didn't catch on for the Avengers the grey looked bad on the armor.

The looks of the armor are not a surprise. Ryan Meinerding is the movie's main concept artist and he designed Fraction´s armor.

I like Fraction's armor. Not terribly fond of how it was executed, but still...
I can say though, I am not crazy about the whole nanite-suit/bio-suit thing for the movies.
