That's the part that caught my attention: "As you can see to the right in Salvador Larroca's cover for INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #519, somebody--or something--else appears to have taken up residence in the Iron Man, and they're apparently none too pleased with their predecessor."
Something? Is the Sentient Armor coming back?

Does anyone really care anymore? I'm tired of trying to fight the inevitable. Marvel is going to kill of my favorite character. There is nothing anyone can do about it. I really don't have the energy to keep fighting.

This is the company that thought the original Ultimates armor was actually good looking so yes, it's entirely possible |

It's supposed to look nasty, it's like the replacement Batman you're supposed to look at it and immediately want the original back.
I'm surprised they didn't give it devil-horns. It's not like Marvel is known for subtlety.

This appears to be an armor Larocca drew for the WMW arc, only modified with LEDs and different face plate (possibly more but that's all we can tell from that pic). Outside the LEDs and neck pistons (which I can't possibly think of any use for), it's actually pretty good looking.
