I'm currently torn between two looks. Look A  And Look B  Which ever I end up picking will be how this guy looks for a while as it'll be my new avatar. I think both looks are really cool. |

I don't think you could go wrong with either. They are both really awesome looks. Look A is a little more unique though. It will probably make you stand out more. It's a hard choice though.

B is more iron man inspired which is always a plus, but A as Typhon said does stan out more yea.
-sidenote: I did free up some space on by older 'phat' ps3 and downloaded DCU Online here last weedend or so (took me about...nearly 4 hours) and been gradually getting more into it. As a huge fan of the other super hero MMO City of Heroes I did feel at home suiting up and flying around in this game. Playing agame like this on a controller is really weird, but works Very well! Thanks for reminding me to check it out YoJimBo! Btw, Tetsujin1 is my character in the game if u like to add a friend, very IM-inspired.

Really? I was always iffy on the wings, the heavy shoulderpieces & armor do looks pretty good with them. They animate too. I don't always know when I'm on, but my character's name is Ronin YoJimBo, add me to friend's list maybe we'll eventully end up on at the same time, lol |

I'm aiming for balance, as it's DC universe, I'm doing what I can to have a "armored" costume, lol stratch that balance part, what I'm really going for is a look that COULD have been Rhodey's armor in the alienwear issues. I liked the idea, (now more than ever after reading some X-O) but my only problem was that as much as they tried to set it apart, many folks like me still tie Rhodey in with IM armor. when I first discovered IM it was while Tony was recovering during Secret Wars. It wasn't until MUCH later that I learned that Iron Man WASN'T black, to my embarassment. I did pick up & fall in love with the series during the 80's & early 90's I stopped collecting shortly after Tony regained the ability to walk after being shot by an old flame. I glanced through the War Machine books from time to time, but wasn't in a position to collect back then, so while I cheered Rhodey on, it was from afar. I don't mind having heros with the same powers (or equipment), as long as they are DIFFERENT people. |
