Gary Oldman talks (part 3 ties into Batman Begins): http://www.batman-on-film.com/THE-DARK-KNIGHT-RISES_news_Olman-talks-TDKR-RRH_3-8-11.htmlTwo Face in pt. 3? (I doubt it--Eckhart is joking around) http://www.batman-on-film.com/THE-DARK-KNIGHT-RISES_rumor_video_Echart-Two-Face_3-11-11.htmlAnother villain? Maybe he's referring to Catwoman, sort of, I don't know: "I think it's a villain from one of the old, old, from way back from the old comics. It is a Batman villian...t's not going to be The Joker. If I told you who the villain was, they'd kill me!" I know the story...I just think it's going to be terrific." ( http://www.eonline.com/) No Ra's: "That rumour’s totally not true. In the comic books, Ra’s Al Ghul goes into a life bath of some sort and immerses himself to become immortal. So that’s probably where that comes from. But no-one’s approached me with an offer. I’d like to if it happens." (Empireonline.com) New Bat-Vehicle (spoilerish?): http://www.batman-on-film.com/THE-DARK-KNIGHT-RISES_rumor-news_AP_new-batvehicles_3-3-11.htmlNolan talked a little bit at the Oscars (forgot to put this up): http://www.batman-on-film.com/THE-DARK-KNIGHT-RISES_news_Nolan-talks-TDKR-at-Oscars_2-28-11.htmlI guess there are some confirmed spoilers somewhere, but I won't post them up here. heath

I thought I'd just keep posting the small tidbits here. Anyway, Gary Oldman says the script is great, topping The Dark Knight (which is an incredible, wonderful, scary film), and the ending isn't even part of the shooting script! Nice way to keep it secret. http://www.slashfilm.com/the-dark-knight-rises-printed-production-script/heath

The Dark Knight Rises is officially shooting in Pittsburgh. Is this the new city for Gotham, or will it be another location? http://www.slashfilm.com/dark-knight-rises-shoot-pittsburgh/heath

I think with Obama's spin doctor Rahm Emanuel as the new mayor of Chicago (despite never being a resident), it would've cost Warner Brothers twice as much to film there!

I would like to gloat for a moment here as the Dark Knight Rises will be filming in my hometown I think we may hold the record for most Batman movies filmed in our city now with Batman Returns and Dark Knight Rises both being filmed here. Thank god for that tax credit the city gives to movies filmed here; it has seriously been a boon to bringing in films and help putting the city on the map.

Tied up... Batman Begins and The Dark Knight shot in Chicago. Then again, I think Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight all partly or fully shot in England.

Okay, now it's really, truly official... Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard (both in Nolan's awesome Inception) have signed on, really this time, no rumors or hearsay, to The Dark Knight Rises: http://www.deadline.com/2011/04/chris-nolan-signs-bat-cast-members-joseph-gordon-levitt-and-marion-cotillard/Marion is playing Miranda Tate who works at Wayne Enterprises, and who sounds like a love interest for Bruce (not Ra's al Ghul's daughter Talia). Joseph is playing John Blake, a Gotham City beat copy working with Commissioner Gordon (not Carmine Falcone's son Alberto, or the Riddler, or whomever he was rumored to play). Heath

I thought about posting this somewhere else, but I don't think these characters are major, like Catwoman and Bane.

Found a cool pic of Pittsburgh at night, via Batman-On-Film.com: heath --hmmm, from that pic, Pittsburgh could make for a good Gothem City. Just need to grime it up a bit, haha. I actually liked the 80-90s Bat Man movies mostly because Gothem itself looked sooo cool
