Are you sure? I'm pretty sure I saw a panel or two where the suit sprouted an armcannon similar to the oversize ones on the movie line toys. Wouldnit that take a considerable amount of power even considering nanotech?
Are you kidding? I'm not even sure if Tony is wearing the suit anymore. This might be a LMD or a nanotech decoy and Tony is still brain dead in Broxton.
Let's see. The suit is formed from stuff in the hollows of his bones that weighs 20 lbs. The suit can be formed from nothing. It can create a "light" version of itself that takes minimal power. It can make an arm cannon that shoots.....lasers? It can still fly apparently (with Fraction, you never know). It can tear open crates.
However, we really have no idea what this suit can do. We assumed that it had the same basic abilities as the all prior 20+ suits, but now I don't know what this suit can do.
This is the problem with the new "direction." Fraction seems to write what he thinks Iron Man did with out confirming what Iron Man actually did. As someone else said, when you ignore history, you can do whatever you want with the character.
