Doesn't Tony have to actually use the new armor before we can pass judgment on it? I'm just sayin...

Use a suit of armor in a book called "Iron Man" I think you've got some false expectations with this title.

According to the socialites Invincible Iron Man #31 is going to be the issue that we will finally see some action. And I don't know if I am reading this right but it also says that the action will be continuous till a double size issue special (I bet it will be a non-stop monologue). Is Fraction planning on going from one extreme to the other? I mean I like a story to end with a bang but come on, whats the point of all the build up issues going no where when the ending issues is the ones we will skip to to read.

I have secretly obtained art from the all out "slugfest" that Fraction is promising. Behold! Iron Man vs Detroit Steel in a battle to end all battles in a way that only Matt Fraction can tell! Look at those verbal blows! So much drama action and excitement! They're brow beating the hell out of each other! This has more violence than a senatorial debate MMA match!

Props Chaos. You nailed it, but what about the rest of the double-sized issue?

Props Chaos. You nailed it, but what about the rest of the double-sized issue? Well, it just so happens I've also got the the lead up to the fight! This will actually comprise the first 38 pages of the book. Man, you will just not believe the suspense involved!

I'm not one to normally dig up dead topics, and I'm not trying to toot my own horn here, but it's pretty sad that my mock up fight I made above actually did have more Iron Man vs Detroit Steel action than the final issue of the arc...
