Good theory.  I never would have guessed that Norman could be behind this.  I'll have to think about more possibilities later.

Good theory, IG. Hadn't considered Norman as a Skrull but would make quite a bit of sense. It would also make a lot of Spider-fans happy too, espc. if the "twins" turned out to be Skrulls also.

That wouldn't work, because Norman showed Gwen Stacy his "O" face quite some time before his original death in Amazing Spider-Man #122.  So unless Osborn was a Skrull before his death (which would really be a bad bad move), the kids are real.

That is, unless it's Mary Jane who's a Skrull, and the story she told Peter about Gwen being with Norman was all made up as part of the plan.  Yeah, I'd buy that...get rid of two problems at once.  No more MJ, no more Stacy twins.  All is good.
Actually, the twins could be Skrulls too. We only have Norman's and their word about what happened, IIRC. And they were poppin' pills b/c of the supposed age acceleration they went through. Now isn't it the slight bit curious that Norman's been shown to be doing the same in T-Bolts? Hmmm, subtle clue?

Never made the pill-popping connection.  Good catch.

As for Pill-Popping, I came up with another connection which'll be hard for JoeQ to wave his Editorial Wand over...

... Civl War #6.  Dr Pym is replaced by Hulkling, who pops pills?

Hulkling is a skrull/kree hybrid, if I'm understanding it right.   Sound good to anyone?

Yup, IG. Good catch, I forgot about that scene.

Yeah, that's for sure.  You know, I'm really digging this current Skrull thing that's building up and all, but is something this widespread really good for the health of the comic industry in the long run?  A storyline this mammoth that has tendrils reaching into just about every Marvel title for the past 3 years (and possibly longer) has to be incredibly intimidating to someone considering getting into the hobby for the first time.

Just a thought.

Agreed.  This is definitely what Marvel wants, a good mystery story to keep our heads scratching and looking for clues of the Skrull presence among Marvel Earthlings.  I feel like we're in a Scooby-Doo episode or something.

Captain Marvel might be a Skrull.... I almost hope that he is after the way that the brought him back in Civil War.

And what have they done with him since then?  Has he appeared in any books?  He hasn't in any that I buy.

Nope and probably won't until his mini-series comes out early next year IIRC.
