No suggestions, but that Iron Man and Jack of Hearts vs. Galactus's Punisher was sweet!  Thanks for sharing that one!

I've added a few villain fights and hope to add more over time. Any suggestions?

Hm.  Mandarin is always a favorite of mine.  I liked the Byrne run, around #275 as one of the best ever. I didn't like later incarnations/fights as much.

If you're taking suggestions, that is. Smiley

There is just so many other pics that I want to post like the various Titanium Man battles, but finally I would end up posting entire issues and I'd rather not do that.

Seriously, how can people not like Iron Man? Are they nuts or just uninformed? He's not the strongest or most powerful, but he can achieve almost anything given a bit of time and his intellect, innovation and amazing armors.

If they'd just let him beat the Hulk.... Smiley

The Hulk is the main character who holds the spotlight now.  If Iron Man was written to topple him, then millions of people wouldn't be able to get enough Iron Man afterwards.

To tell you the truth, I think the general readership would go ape if Iron Man ends up winning over the Hulk during WWH.

They already don't like the character after the events of Civil War and being responsible for exiling the Hulk. I've heard it often enough, when their side does well, its all "AWESOME" but when their side loses, its "bad writing".

Funny how even amongst a group of kings and leaders like the Illuminati, Iron Man is still seen, even by those who hate him, as the person in charge and calling all the shots.

I know.  Iron Man shouldn't be the only one to get smashed you know.  There's still Dr. Strange, Prof. X, Mr. Fantastic, and Namor.  They're all "rulers" over specific portions of the Marvel Universe, and must all equally pay.

Uhmm... Black Bolt beaten to a pulp, anyone?!. WWH: The X-men, anyone?!

Hulk v. the Astonishing and New X-men. Professor Xavier called to answer by the Jade Giant himself.

I'm certain each member of the Illuminati will have to pay to some degree during WWH.

My point is that most people still see Iron Man as the leader and decision maker of the Illuminati, and as such, hold him more accountable than the others.

IJ, that's the reason I didn't mention Black Bolt in my post that you quoted.  I already knew Black Bolt was beaten to death in WWH and IM #19.  I didn't read much about X-Men, so I wasn't certain about whether he'd already payed the piper or not.  Still, Everyone I know wants only Iron Man to die, and that's kind of what Tetra's point and my point were.  Everyone is evidentally still sore about Civil War, so Iron Man is apparently the one that every non-IM fan wants to die the most.

I've taken comments and suggestions and added more villain fights and some HOT armor-on-armor action for your viewing pleasure.

This is now the longest picture thread I've ever posted!

(Don't worry I do not plan on making this a regular occurance)

That's a relief.  All of the pictures loading simultaneously was beginning to harm my browser.

Are people having difficulty loading the pics?

For me the entire page comes up after about 5-10 seconds.

Maybe, but as I far as I know, the access should be the same for everyone depending on connection speeds as the pics are all coming from the image hosting sites. Visiting the pages a second time during the same session seems a lot faster than the first time as the pics must then be cached locally.
