IRON MONGER is Hitler's clone isn't it from the Captain America's series ? How come he is in the movie?

No, actually Iron Monger is the name Stane gave to the armor he created from stolen Stark designs of Iron Man, that's why Iron Monger is in the movie.

In regards to the Jackson/Swank cameos, he didn't actually say they weren't in the movie, he just said the rumors of them playing Shield agents weren't true, Jon loves to use play on words to confuse everyone, its very possible they are in the film, tring to creat Shield with Tony's help, so that would be true, they can't be agents of Sheild if it doesn't exist yet.
The problem is too, that there are so many witness's who have seen both Jackson and Swank film scene's in Iron Man, and AICN is very reliable for its reports on Iron Man.

Tonys at a party with a Hilary Swank
she is about to introduce him to Samuel L jackson
when the following exchange takes place
TONY : NICK! how are you!
JACKSON :No, Im, Samuel L Jackson but i get that all the time !

 another possibilty is they are playing Maria Hill and Nick Fury meeting with Stark to discuss the formation of SHIELD
that way they could be playing the same characters without being SHIELD agents

AH, that's right, I knew there was something fishy, indeed the other one is Hate Monger.

Bridges is Obadiah Stane who wears the Iron Monger armor, who is the blue, armored guy in the picture above.  The Iron Monger armor resembles Iron Man's original clunker armor on a massive scale with color.
