Are submissions for #75 still being taken or has the time passed?

I hope not, since I haven't even started anything for #75 yet.

We are close to finishing AI 74. If anyone wants to help me with scans of the zilliions of covers for Invincible Iron Man #1 that would be great.... If you want to scan what you've got, scan them at a decent resolution and then zip them up and email them to me would help me save some time on what I have to compile on the SMR, which is esssentially one of the only articles we are waiting on. Still waiting on a Metal Head from Heath too...

I noticed that after I posted it, but there are links to the other covers somewhere on that site, you just have to search a bit.

I've got 10 of the 11 covers that I know of for IIM #1. I'm missing the standard Quesada cover. Ugh. I was just telling Iron Jedi I hope to win one on eBay for .99 or something....

Communication between everyone has been a bit absent, and so it's slow going right now. I have some newly contributed articles sitting in my inbox thanks to some of the forum members here Wink.
Waiting on two articles from some of the older mainstays.
Brent was in the middle of a move and was corresponding with Filipe with some layout ideas.
Last time I emailed Filiipe with a business card update request I didn't hear back from him so I have to assume he's been busy too.

I've got tons of material here from professional submissions that I couldn't have gotten without Chris Frye (IronJedi) being so endeavoring, so there's plans for that stuff too.

If I don't hear from the crew soon I'll probably send a mass email out to everyone to get some planning going. Keep in mind that I'm also a factor here, where I do this as I can nowadays.  There has also been a consensus on using the FTP here at the site to build the zine, but I'm the only so far who hasn't embraced that idea at all, so I'll have to get in synch with everyone else as well.

It'll be worth the wait though - the issue outline is incredible.

Hey, sorry, IMJ.  I completely forgot about your email about the business card.  I know it's burned on a CDR somewhere and not super easily accessible and I ended up forgetting about it.  Shoot.  If you still need it, drop me an email at my yahoo account and I'll flag it so that I look for it soon.  Not this weekend as I have family in town, but soon!!

Hey guys, yeah for my part, as IMJ stated, I just moved
(bought my first house, woohoo!) so am now getting back
into the work on #75. Currently, I'm trying to finalize some
illustration stuff for my own article as well, so that's what's
keeping me. Hope it's worth the wait. I'm pumped to play a
part of the big issue and there will be some hidden AI related
surprises for all to see. More soon...

Oh and yes, Chaos, there's time yet to contribute...

Great! Thanks for the replies, guys.

Filipe - thanks for the follow up.. I was using the cards for press access to the CCC and also the C2E2, and I managed to do the neccessary edits myself (not as clean as your stuff, but I can pull it off).

Brent - congrats - I've been negotiating a home deal myself for the last two months, so I know from that that you must be excited to be settled.  Please send me some kind of outline that brainstorms your input with IB's so that we can make everything gel and get rolling!

Jordan - write what you'd like and email it to me and we'll do the usual development and publish thing!

Thanks to mateus for getting us talking a bit about the zine!  I love this stuff, but I've been in work and not play mode. Smiley

I don't know if it's ok to ask - but I think it'll be cool enough to use my report on IM 2010 figures in the #75.

But again, it's just a proposal, guys.

If you want to modify it and submit it as article highlights, I'll use it as a sub-report in the my own column "The Stark Market Report". That'd be great actually, because it will allow me to add some additional stuff to the Market Report rather than spending the time to write about the new stuff coming out.  Feel free to PM or email me...
