Dude, you're kidding. I just checked those at Rotten Tomatoes and the scores over there on both of those are in the TOILET! 

I find the ratings over there to be a pretty good barometer of whether a movie is any good or not.

Ah! Well...  I liked Silent Hill a lot... I believe you about that tomatoes website, but you might be the first negative report that I've heard about that movie.  I thought it was great!
