New Iron Man poster

I have collected all the Iron Man 24 X 36 posters except the last on of the ultimate Armor ( no thank you )
now a new one is going to be out in April. Its not bad for comic art but im not crazy about all the armor heads
in the back ground. I dont think I'll be getting this one either. what do you guys think?

I like it enough to buy it. Not thrilled with it but it is certainly different.

It seems like the heads were just thrown on there at random, with no uniform size or arrangement planned out.  Plus, a profile shot is not a good character pose for a poster.  What next, a shot of him flying away from us?

Needless to say, I'll give this one a pass.

Eh, it's okay. I'll pick it up, but I won't hang it. I don't have the wallspace anyway anymore. Most of my IM posters are stored in tubes at this point anyway.

I have to agree with Roger, very poor composition and execution... makes me wonder who approves this stuff sometimes.

I love in how the artist draws Iron Man and the many variations of his armour in Illuminati 3 when the Beyonder shows the Illuminati his world and all those Iron People are flying around, the faceplates on those armours look awesome!

Greg Land is a great draftsperson, but armor (espc. Tony's) is not his forte. He did the cover to WWH:Aftersmash and his figure work is realistic and expressive, but his rendetion of IM is awful. He uses quite a bit of photo reference and I think the lack of photoreference hurts his take on Iron Man.
