One of our older forum guys managed to land some cool screen caps that I've got in my database, but apparently for whatever reason it was hard to rip video from that game.  I've been eager to land MPEG's of the Iron Man scenes for years.

I've finally got around to setting up my old capture card under Vista, so I'll see if I can get it that way. I probably won't be able to get anything better than 640x480 though.

Marvel vs. Capcom & Marvel vs. Capcom 2 were both on the Dreamcast as well. The second was actually developed for Sega's Naomi arcade board, which used the same system architecture as the Dreamcast mainboard, so the DC ports are probably the definitive home versions.

BTW, isn't the new Iron Man game coming to the Wii as well?

iron man was the man in the avengers game!!

I hated how in Marvel vs Capcom 2 he didnt have repulsors as his main fireball attack, or pulse bolts, instead making his repulsors an aerial defensive move, which looked like a ball of light. They made his main offense his uni-beam and for a super they gave him some over sized "PROTON CANON". Although, that canon was INSANE!!! Strongest super in the game.

also, from memory when u unlocked iron man in tony hawk his stats were mad! so you had super reflexes allowing for some insane tricks!!

p.s. hahah! no longer im i a prisoner of Wong Chu....donning the original grey armor. nicktem makes a slow and clunky escape!

Iron Man was actually one of the best characters in Marvel super heroes and his level was cool. I suspect that his proton cannon was derived from the weapon he cobbled together to battle technovore. That's from memory though. MSH was great and for me infinitely superior to it's sequel because even fools like me could play it, it was so intuitive and looked just like you'd imagine a comic too if it moved.

Captain America and the Avengers was great too, especially in 2 player mode and has some of my favourite speech samples of all time.

OK I bet no one has ever seen or played this game or even knows about it....i didn't and i usually know these things, so it must be shown...

Has anyone ever seen this...

AVENGERS IN GALACTIC STORM

Iron Man features as one of the assist charachters which act in the same way as the assist charachters from Marvel vs Capcom. Shame really because if you look at the cast of playable charachters compared to the assist charachters its a bit of a joke. In the assist section you get guys like Ronan and Iron Man, compared to no name Kree and Thunderstrike?! I guess they we're it in the 90s but come on.....anyway check it out.
