it would be the most weird feeling to walk  onto the men's room, and see a guy on the armor, all  bent up and leaned towards the stool trying to pick out his thing in order to pee and not get it everywhere

I always thought of Iron Man's armor like the space suit they used for the man walking on the moon.  He doesn't need to go the the little boys room to relieve himself.  The spacesuit already contains the restroom within the suit.  He can just empty it out later like an RV.
