Feedback: Recent ads server very slow

Hey fellas, just wanted to pass along some feedback.
Over the last couple months I've noticed that loading
of ads on the site seems to really delay loading of any
page on the Advanced Iron site. This only happens to
me from my workplace and not from home. But it has
pretty much brought my contribution to the latest in
Iron Man news to a screeching halt. It's taking anywhere
from 2 to 5 minutes to load any clicked link on the boards
as it tries to resolve content from the media host. Way too
long, it seems like longer but that's my conservative estimate.
It could be a DNS issue, but since it's just the ads that are a
problem, it might be an issue on the side of the mediahost.
Anyhow, it would be nice to be able to contribute again.
It might be worth mentioning to the ad service to see if a
better server can be used. I might not be the only one having
this trouble, and it sure would impact someone's willingness to
visit the site, so thought I'd let you know...

Has anyone else noticed anything like this? I've never experienced anything even remotely close to what you're describing.

i have to admit that from work the pages do take longer

at home is fine since i have no filters, but at work is slower... not minutes, but considerably an extra 20-30 secs

HEY!!! I just tried to login to the board and bang boom, I'm in.. lickety split!

This is awesome. I feel like I've been completely out of touch with the community
since the delays were such that I couldn't do quick check-ins at the office.
I'm hoping that this stays the case... and if it does...
