Thank You!  Thank you!  Thank you Iron Fan!!!!!!  These figures are so awesome!  I can't wait to collect them all!  Yay!

It's no problem, I saw those figures and my jaw dropped, they are awesome, probably the best movie figures I've ever seen and the next thing I thought the guys at A.I. need to see these.
As for a release date, Toyfare should have a time frame, here's what the issue will look like:

Should be out next week.

The Mark II Iron Man Armor has been revealed and it looks to me as if it could be the films adaption of the war machine armor. Also there is a more detailed look at the Iron Monger Armor. Here are pics posted below

This is like the third or fourth thread about this now in the last few days.

Please make an effort to look for existing threads before posting new ones.

The prototype and mark III are on ebay right now. Don't know if it's a rip off or not. The seller is in singapore.

it might be worth it and it might not. The plus is you could end up with a great collectable that some day will be worth a lot of money, but on the other hand you could end up like me and have payed for something four months in adavance and still have not recived your marvel wave 4 colossus from hasbro that you bought on ebay, because the seller had a 97.6 rating and you thought that they wouldn't lie to you, but they did when they told you "in stock buy it now," but it was all lies its not in stock and never well be in stock. Therefore you just lost $15.96 because you, like me, JUST COULD NOT WAIT UNTIL IT WAS AVAILABLE IN STORES . BUT NOW IT'S IN STORES AND YOU SEE IT AND YOU HAVE THE MONEY AND YOU WOULD BUY THE THING BUT YOUR WIFE SEES IT AND SAYS DIDN'T YOU BUY THAT ONE ALLREADY ?AND YOU SAY YES ONLINE AND SHE SAYS "O" YA THATS THE ONE I SAID YOU WOULD GET SHAFTED ON IF YOU BOUGHT IT . SO YOU GET MAD AND TELL HER TO SHUT UP SHE DOSEN'T KNOW WHATS SHE'S TALKING ABOUT SHE GIVES YOU THE FINGER AND A MY SIZE BARBIE UP SIDE YOUR HEAD  YOU START TO FEEL THE RAGE INSIDE AND TRANSFORM INTO THE INCREDIBLE 160 POUND HULK AND START HURLING EVERY TOY YOU CAN AT HER LIKE A SPOILED THREE YEAR OLD SHE PICKS UP A TOY LIGHT SABER HURLS IT AT YOU BUSTING YOU RIGHT BETWEEN THE EYES KNOCKING YOU OUT COLD ! and all because you thought it might be worth it. I think i'll just buy them in the stores from now on

Prototypes seem to pop up from there quite often... most likely because they are manufactured close by.  From time to time, I've seen Legends and Showdown protofigs from there as well.

Most often though, prototypes aren't worth anything if they make it to mass production.  Invesely though, if a proto is never made into a mass produced figure, then they usually skyrocket in price, but only if it can be demonstrated that they were actually originally intended for some legit toy line.

I talked to the guy that has them. He says he got them "on vacation". The pics he has are the same ones as these. I just don't trust it.

If you don't trust it, don't buy it.  It could be an even bigger headache than you realize.

Agreed.

Here's the other factoid about the ones you saw on eBay that I forgot to mention (sorry):
Most prototype figs actually aren't blistered on a card.  They are usually unpainted, and if they are painted they aren't carded becauase prototype cards are usually unused and stamped "Test Copy" or something like that and are used for board meetings for approval.  If a fig was blistered on them, then it would interfere with the inspection of the art and the figure product.  I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but I've never seen an instance were real prototype toys were MOC.  Usually those are test production copies in which case they obviously aren't prototypes anymore.

Sorry that I left all of that out of my initial post.

To an enthusiast, discussion such as this is all part of the hobby.
