^ I agree. I thought they were mostly throw aways but what I liked about them and the rehersal scenes were how it showed how nicely Favs tighten everything up. I means the films is rock solid - Favs and his editor did a great job of keep what was essential and making sure the pacing and narrative flow was seemless.
Seeing those impressed me with what a keen eye Favreau has. The extras for the Incredibles did the same for Brad Bird. Whereas I liked X-3 (I know, I'm one of the few) the extras exposed weaknesses. They kept saying, "We should have kept that in", as if they didn't have a handle on how to make a movie (and they should have kept the longer Wolverine Storm/Juggernaut etc fight in) Same thing with Tim Story with Fantastic 4, that guy often came off indecisive and clueless. |

The Wasp.
The only founder never to have her own title, probably more appearances than just about any other member, and team chairperson/ leader for the longest total period of time. |

Hi guys! I am rather new at this so I hope I'm getting it right.
These kinds of kits are called garage kits, which usually means it's a tiny one or two man operation. It was very limited and not mass produced. The model is based on Iron Man's look from his first appearance in Tales Of Suspense 39 and is sculpted in the super deformed style which usually consists of small bodies, large heads and sometimes large hands and feet. I purchased 2 of them back around 2003 or 2004. One to build and one to keep. I can post some more pictures of it without paint or assembly. There were several other Marvel , sci-Fi and horror characters released by Dr. Voodoo during this period all in very limited numbers. If memory serves, Iron Man was the first release in the superhero line. One thing that's pretty cool is that its sculpted just like I imagine how it was crafted by Stark when ever I read Suspense 39. Imperfectly hammered and malleted out with scraps in secrecy, its only purpose being for escape. Not for sure about the toys I've seen where the metal looks so perfect and factory pressed. more information: The kit is about 5" tall and 3 1/2" wide The sculptor was William Lynn The producer was Dr. Voodoo Released in 2003 or 2004 The pictures may not look that good, but hope you like him anyway ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Alright, Dan Slott keeps throwing around the term "Avengeriest Avengers" to describe his upcoming Mighty Avengers run, and I'm wondering who you guys think is the single most Avengeriest Avenger ever?
My vote goes to the Vision. His first appearance was in the Avengers, he was in the Avengers for a loooong time, much of it in an unbroken streak. He's never been on a team that didn't call themselves avengers in some way (including the new young Vision on the Young Avengers). Plus, his 'grandfather' was a founding Avenger. How much more Avengery can you get? Anyone make any claims that someone else is Avengerier? |

The majority of the deleted scenes I would have left in the release version of the film. Really? There were a couple I woulda kept, or at least tried a bit harder to work in, like the Stane/Stark talk after the roof got blown out (though Bridges went a little Over the Top when he fell in), but most of them were junk. The military parade was pointless, the scene on the plane was ok, but really didn't need to be any longer than it was already. I'd have liked to see the scene with Rhodey and the General, but it would have wrecked the pacing of the cave seqence. And the party at Dubai was completely a waste. He just left one party, no reason to go to another. The only thing I would have liked, would be if there were a scene between when Stane met with Raza and Tony telling Pepper to raid his office. The way it is, it seems like he sent the designs over and his engineers had the whole thing designed and built in like three minutes. The Stane pep-talk scene would have fit ok there, but it could have been reworked a bit. |

I might pick it up when it hits trade. I've yet to see a postitive review of it. Which is sad, really. I guess that prooves the good thing about Incredible Herculese is Fred Van Lente, not Greg Pak. Who knows, maybe it's all some kind of scam, and the cyborg parts are making Rhodey more complient and/or violent?
And I'll add my hat to the ring of people who liked Suzie as part of Rhodey's supporting cast. After all, who better to fix cyborg parts than the Cybermancer? Can we get Chris Gage to write this, if not Kaminski? Gage did a great job on the Weapon of SHIELD arc... |

Naw, Aluminium is much sterner stuff than that. I'd say maybe pewter?
Another pet peeve, the whole army of Iron Men thing. How many times has Tony's entire collection been destroyed now? Seven? Eight? That's just the past couple of years too. Not mentioning when it happened previously. |
